The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, Western College of Veterinary Medicine offers a permanent, full-time, Veterinary Anesthesiologist clinical appointment commencing July 1, 2018 and the start date is negotiable. Candidates must have a DVM degree (or equivalent). Candidates must be a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Anesthesiology and Analgesia or the European College of Veterinary Anesthesiology and Analgesia or have credentials acceptable to these bodies at the time of hire. Salary range is $79,448 to $132,331 (Specialist/Professional Phase 3) per annum for an individual with ACVAA or ECVAA board certification. If a qualified candidate with Board certification cannot be found, the successful candidate will be initially hired at the Phase 2 level (Salary Range $62,850 to $98,205 per annum) and will be upgraded to Phase 3 upon obtaining the required qualifications.
