- 5:1 support staff : vet ratio (8 RAHT’s)
- Salary 97.5k -110k (FT, DOE) + retention bonus of up to $50k annually
- 4 weeks paid vacation, 5 weeks after 5 years.
- Dues (VIN, AAHA, CVBC) paid for
- Minimal to no on call (but you can do more on call if it’s your passion)
- Minimal to no weekend work
- Health care and pet care, uniform allowance and sick day benefits
- 4 paid days / $1750 towards CE
- If you want to further your development in a specialty an additional 2 days/$3000
- Relocation/signing bonus of $5-15k DOE.
