An online tool called the Pet Tick Tracker has been designed to track the presence and spread of ticks on pets. Information will be used for tick surveillance activities by the University of Guelph and may also be used by public health agencies for the same purpose.

This tool is intended for both veterinarians and pet owners, and notes that no personal information will be asked and no one will be contacted after entering data. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Scott Weese at jsweese@uoguelph.ca. More information about the tool can be found on Dr. Weese’s Worms and Germs blog.
